Terms of Service

Your uploads and generated models

You confirm that you own the rights to each image you upload, have permission to use it, or it is in the public domain. Subject to those rights, you may use models generated through Sculptly commercially. Sculptly does not guarantee that an output is free of third-party intellectual-property claims; you remain responsible for the input and intended use.

Attribution

If your account has never made a purchase, commercial use of a model requires credit to Sculptly — “Made with Sculptly” and a link to sculptly3d.com, wherever the model is published or sold. Any purchase, a credit pack or a plan, removes that requirement for every model on the account, including models generated before the purchase. Personal, non-commercial use never requires attribution.

Model limitations

Models are provided as generated. We do not guarantee water-tightness, printability, accurate dimensions, production-ready topology, rigging, or fitness for any particular purpose. A single image cannot reveal hidden surfaces. Review and repair an output before using it for fabrication, collision, safety-critical, or commercial production work.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, adult or violent content, an image of another person without permission, or copyrighted commercial material without authorisation. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules. Repeated copyright infringement may result in permanent closure.

Availability and support

Generation depends on third-party infrastructure. We do not promise uninterrupted service or 24×7 support. If a paid generation fails because of a platform failure, the applicable credits are automatically refunded. Support is one person, reachable through the contact form or at support@sculptly3d.com, normally within two business days.

Cancellation and refunds

You can reach subscription management from Account without contacting support. The refund rules are set out in the Refund Policy.

Copyright notices

Send a copyright notice through the contact form, marking it as a copyright notice, with sufficient detail to identify the work and material. We aim to remove valid notices within 48 hours and notify the uploader where appropriate.
